You Know Who You Are

She saw them snapping pictures, all eyes on the screen. 

So she put her phone aside and sat there, taking in the scene. 

They want to relive this moment , a hundred times over.

She's happy living it just once, as long as she lives it sober. 

"Up over there we'd have a better angle", they set off on a trail. 

But She knows no moment can be remembered,

 in all its fine detail. 

So she stays behind,

 

"I'm perfectly fine 

right here" she said .

And thats okay bcoz the picture,

looks wayy better in her head.
