They Say a Picture is worth a thousand words
Its also worth a million lies.
A Picture can be Defamatory
Partly Inflammatory
Feed you false notions while
only showing half the story
Defame the ones who
never planned for glory
Because Not every picture is self-
explanatory.
And worst of all the damage surely:
Holding onto An illusion of permanence
In a life thats always been transitory.
Is that why paintings cost more than books?
